 Anonymous writes "Rentals for college and singles are rapidly turning into NO-income, federally funded, poop dwellings. Landlords receive there rental payment in the mail, no need to knock on the door every month, no late payment from the government. Let me just say that I believe a whole bunch of unemployed characters placed all over town, just might become a dilemma. This city really needs to re-zone where Hudders can occupy, if that's legal and possible. Otherwise, we're going to need an East and Westside police department, not just 2 fire departments."
